Getting interview calls from Naukri has become quite competitive these days — but with the right strategy, you can still make it happen.

Here are a few proven tips that helped me consistently get 1–2 calls a day from recruiters 👇

1️⃣ Keep your profile 100% complete.
Add every detail — your education, professional experience, key projects, certifications, and achievements. A complete profile gives recruiters confidence to reach out.

2️⃣ Update your profile regularly (ideally between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM).
Recruiters often search for candidates during these hours. Updating your profile daily helps it appear at the top of search results.

3️⃣ Add multiple relevant roles in the “Preferred Roles” section.
For example: NOC Engineer, SRE Engineer, Windows Administrator, System Administrator.
This broadens your visibility and increases your chances of getting noticed.

4️⃣ Use strong, industry-relevant keywords.
Include technologies and tools like AWS, Azure, Python, Cisco Switches, Firewalls, etc.
These keywords help your profile show up in more recruiter searches — and often get you to at least the first interview round.

💡 Bonus Tip: As you stay active and keep applying, Naukri’s algorithm will start suggesting roles that best match your skills and experience. You’ll also get personalized recommendations for positions that fit your profile perfectly.

You don’t need a laptop or desktop — simply use the Naukri app to update your profile, roles, or notice period regularly. It’s a quick and effective way to stay active and visible to recruiters.
