Today, I’ll be discussing a fintech company I work with, along with the main benefits and challenges experienced by employees.
I’ve been working as a NOC Engineer with Eze Software (π https://www.ezesoft.com/), which is a subsidiary of SS&C Technologies (π https://www.ssctech.com/).
Therefore, anyone working under SS&C entities receives the same employee benefits.

Hybrid work model: Only 6 days per month are required from the office; all other days are Work From Home (WFH).

The bonus is locked until completion of a 3-month probation period.
