How to Get a Job on LinkedIn (Step-by-Step Guide with Real Examples).

There are couple of things that open to work professional does on LinkedIn and that is useless without any sense.

Open to work employee should have a meaning and a clear purpose to find a job.

I'll list professionals without any basic etiquette how to use LinkedIn or at least ask for a job.

This professional posted in his own language and asking recruiters to translate his profile and go to his profile first to see what expertise he has and what he can contribute.

No one has a time in the world to visit your profile to find out which job you're looking for, which country, department, and so on.

1st profile.

If you post like this nothing happens you just waste your time only.

As you can see 4 days ago he posted and he just droved a singe like. that's it.

2nd profile.

Look at her profile, since she has a friends on LinkedIn what they did, liked her post and re-shared it to their network but still it won't work for her because she didn't put efforts to make it more attractive by describing her details more.

3rd profile.

Posting again in your regional language won't work as LinkedIn is a professional English platform, since LinkedIn is available in multiple languages it doesn't mean you can apply and work in your own language, you've to go through with English only.

4th profile.

Look at this post, he just said I'm still available for what?

did he mentioned anything about the role where he worked and what he contributed?

People look for an impact what you've done to make your work better or what you've achieved.

No one has a time to visit your profile and make a customized hiring pattern for you.

5th profile

Someone re-shared it to their network 16hrs ago and no engagement,

why? because he just shared it as is and added no value to the post.

Now, let's talk about hiring post.

I came across with one of the hiring post that is matching to my profile and how I added value and how others added value.
Let's review this.

Almost 22 comments have been made stating that I'm interested.
Do you think that saying just 'I'm interested' will work ? No it won't.

I'll show you the real example of how it should be and I don't know whether I'll be getting to the job interview or not but how a conversation should be when you're willing to make a move.

Now, everyone said I'm interested and she didn't respond to anyone.

Now, out of so many professionals, I only got the response why?

Because I've shown interested in real time and added value to it.

I'm also sharing the post link so LinkedIn professionals can understand how to show interest in finding a job.

A job post link to check for transparency.

Now, I'll show you the DM where she accepted my connection request and I've shared my profile.

How Many Email IDs Do You Really Need?

You should ideally have three separate email IDs, each serving a specific purpose: 1️⃣ Personal Email – Keep It Private Use this email for your private matters — linking your banking accounts, storing photos, saving contacts, and sharing personal details. This should be your most secure and private email ID. 2️⃣ Official Email – Keep It Professional This email is for professional purposes such as job applications, business communication, or managing a blog. It helps maintain a clear boundary between your work and personal life. 3️⃣ Social Email – Keep It Safe Use this one for signing up on third-party applications and social media platforms like Canva, ChatGPT, Instagram, or Facebook. If any of these platforms experience a data breach, your personal or official information remains safe since they’re not linked to this email. So, if you want to check whether your email has been hacked, how many times it’s been exposed, or where it has been used, you can use tools that track data br...
