How to Create Templates in Outlook 365 (Step-by-Step Guide).


Short Intro about outlook templates. 


What templates are - template is a pre-written email that you can reuse instead of typing the same message again and again.

It’s basically.

A saved email format that you can open, edit slightly, and send.

This is useful if you:

  • Send similar replies often

  • Send job applications

  • Send client proposals

  • Send follow-up emails

Create an Email Template in Outlook 365 (Web Version).

Step 1.

Open the Microsoft outlook 365 app and it'll appear as below. 



Step 2.

Click on New Email and click on View templates. 


Step 3. Click on + template icon as you see in the below screenshot. 




Step 4. Write your message and click on Save as shown in the below screenshot.



Step 5. Now, as soon as you click on the template ready message, it'll appear on the right side as shown in the below screenshot. 




Creating templates in Outlook 365 is quick and saves you a lot of repetitive typing. Follow the steps above, and you’ll be sending consistent emails in no time!
